Who we are

TML Civils is a 100% black-owned company trading as TML Civils (Pty) Ltd, whose current CIDB Contractor Grading Designation is PE 7CE, 7GB, 6ME, 5EP. We are a facilities-management service provider whose business activities include civil engineering, property development and project management, operating across South Africa.
TML Civils was established to create, identify and participate in the resultant opportunities in the civil engineering and property-development industry in South Africa — as well as delivering reliable civil engineering and construction works.
Our operation also entails entering into trade contracts, forging business cooperation, strategic equity investments and joint ventures with businesses around the world. We ensure the most economical and suitable service is offered to the client, with “supply & feedback” forming part of our service.

About the Director
Chief Executive Officer: Mr Tshikovha Musiwalwo Lawrence.
A qualified Civil Engineering technician (National Diploma, Tshwane North College FET) with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Construction Management certification, and over a decade of combined experience as a Civil Technician, Quality Controller, Resident Engineer and Project Manager.
- Early yearsBorn in the village of Vuwani Ha-Mangilasi; began primary school in 1988 at Rasivhetshele Primary, matriculating at Kolokoshani Secondary in 2000.
- 2001–2003Studied Civil Engineering at Soshanguve College (then Tshwane North College). In 2003, six months of in-service training under DMP Civils on road construction in Thulamela Municipality, Limpopo.
- 2004–2005Joined Chavani Civils (Pty) Ltd building roads in Soweto as a technician, then supervised RDP house construction in Ladysmith, KwaZulu-Natal.
- 2006–2007Registered Negumela Civils; worked with Khuphuka Marketing Consultants in Durban on a storm-water pipes project; later joined Thewo Consulting Engineers as Civil Technician and Resident Engineer.
- 2013Registered TML Civils (Pty) Ltd, going full-time as project-management work grew through 2015.
Above all, Mr Tshikovha is a God-fearing man who never gives up on his dreams.
